Love chocolate? This run is for you! The Chocoholic Frolic 5k &10k races are chip timed runs that reward you with chocolate at the finish line. Just want to take your sweet time? Run, jog, or walk your way through these courses and enjoy chocolate stops along the way! At the finish line you will be greeted with melted chocolate and treats for dipping. 

Kids can join in the chocolate fun with their very own KidsK!  Every KidsK participant will receive a participant t-shirt and a Chocolic Frolic finishers bar.

Race Awards
Chocolately awards will be given to the first place male and female runner in each age category: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up.  



All participants must enter Lone Star Park through Gate 1.

Santa Cop, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization, sponsored by the GrandPrairie Police Department. Established in 1985 Santa Cop, Inc. strives to provide toys to the less fortunate Children and Families of Grand Prairie, Texas, at Christmas time.  Santa Cop, Inc. is funded by private and corporate donations. No city, county, state, or federal funds are utilized by Santa Cop, Inc. All work is done by volunteers, none of which are paid. All contributions are tax deductible through our tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Santa Cop, Inc. strives to help four hundred families every Christmas. This number relates to approximately 1,500 to 1,800 children annually. Our gifts are not limited to toys, but include things such as toothbrushes, grooming materials, reading and drawing materials, and items for the older children, such as radios, purses, wallets, and hair dryers. 

Official_Equest_logo_in_color_copy.jpg Founded in 1981, Equest provides equine facilitated activities, therapies, and counseling to children and adults with physical, cognitive, sensor, coping and learning disabilities and veterans with adjustment challenges. Equest services include physical and occupational therapy, equine facilitated counseling, therapeutic carriage driving, therapeutic horsemanship and competition. With the help of 40 therapy horses, 10 instructors, four therapists, three counselors, and 400 volunteers, lives are changed on a daily basis for more than 1200 clients served annually. Equest was the first PATH International Premier Accredited Center in Texas and remains one of the largest in the country. Equest offers an engaging volunteer program that provides 40,000 hours of direct program service opportunities each year. Equest was named “2015 Non-Profit of the Year” by CNM Connect.www.equest.org.
